2. Mold Structure & Technical Design
Our blow molds are custom-designed to match the customer’s continuous extrusion blow molding machines or accumulator head blow molding machines, based on the actual machine specifications, functions, clamping dimensions, and production requirements.

P20 Steel Molds
Good strength, excellent machinability, and cost-effective, suitable for most plastic containers.

Excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for pharmaceutical and food containers as well as long-term production.

Aluminum Alloy Molds
Lightweight with faster cooling than steel molds, resulting in shorter cycle times—ideal for high-efficiency production.

4. Mold Manufacturing Process
All molds are manufactured through the following processes:
From raw material preparation after mold design, CNC rough machining, drilling cooling water holes or CNC-milled cooling channels, CNC precision machining, plugging cooling channels, seal installation, fine polishing of internal mold surfaces, surface treatment, sandblasting, and cooling water pressure testing.
Strict dimensional control is applied at every stage, ensuring that every delivered mold achieves high precision, durability, and consistency.
5. Quality Control & Mold Trial on Blow Molding Machines
Each blow mold will be tested complete process before shipment.
After trial production on a blow molding machine, we verify:

Dimensions, weight, and appearance against drawings

Handle strength and stacking performance

Water-filled drop tests
If any issues are found during testing, mold modifications are carried out until all requirements are fully met before delivery.
6. Delivery & After-Sales Support
Estimated mold delivery time: 45–60 days, depending on mold complexity.
We provide Plywood case export-standard packaging, technical support for mold installation and commissioning, as well as ongoing guidance for mold maintenance and long-term operation.
